weekends (:

Our little plan to explore Comex IT show at Suntec yesterday was quite successful & it was quite interesting as it was my first time to such fair. the crowd was alright, not as packed as what i would think initially. overall it was a fruitful trip (:

with our heads spinning due to the lightings at the show, boyfriend & i ended up at Astons' for my late lunch (mind you, it's 4+pm by then). it turned out to be a good choice. Grilled fish with herb, mushroom soup with garlic bread & apple juice. thumbs up.

we lugged our 'victories' back to his home for dinner with his parents. they got a shock initially, but then relaxed when we said that one of the items was bought on behalf of his friend. interesting reactions from them. lol.


as for today, grandpa celebrated his 86th birthday. my aunt cooked one of my favourite soups - pig stomach soup with abalone. yummy. glad to see my cousins after so long.

my afternoon was spent with him, choosing (or rather, debating) which pictures to be printed to be pasted on his camp locker. haha. it was quite an amusing conversation despite our bickers.


this weekend is indeed fruitful. i can't wait for the next weekend. what a busy week ahead!
