life is a maze

just when i was lamenting to myself that i have no lunch partner for today (since hui yan has no stats module), he appeared out of the blue at the mrt station. surprise, surprise. ignoring the fruitless attempts to meet up for lunch, today, we managed to bump into each other by chance.

being a nice guy, he accompanied me to have lunch since i have like 2hours to spare before my next appointment. so we went Bugis to have lunch & visit the temple. honestly speaking, he's the first among all my friends, who actually stepped into the temple with me.

and this nice friend here is TJ. despite us not really knowing each other for a very long period of time, we (including shuren, who's enjoying himself over in UK) are still quite close to one another, even if we didn't contact each other for almost a year. i am very glad to get to know them during my stint at DSO.

so after my appointment, i went to visit grandpa. looking at his sunken cheeks and the delirious state that he's in, it makes me feel rather upset. get well soon, grandpa.

more t.i.m.e!

counting down to my e-trial and btt next week and i haven't really finish reading the book. more time please! in addition, 2 more weeks till the start of a new phrase of my life. i can't help but feeling a little anxious.

anyway, i finally met with some of my ex-colleagues at Kushinbo @ Suntec last friday for dinner.

and my recent weekend was spent with boyfriend and his & my family as usual. boyfriend brought sis and me to fish&co. for lunch on saturday.

sis left after that while boyfriend and i went to watch "Ice Age 3". a hilarious show indeed! we did some shopping after that, brought some stuff and went home. simple yet sweet :)

love & hate

i am so not used to it.
usually by this time i would be slacking in the office with friends, waiting for lunchtime to be over. and now i am blogging at home.

come to think of it, i actually missed working over there. though can be tough at times but the people there are helpful and friendly. i have made some great friends over there and learnt alot of things.

缘份是一個抽象概念, 一種人與人之間無形的連結. some things happened for a reason. perhaps i would know the reason in the future.

all right. i am so looking forward to meeting some of them for dinner soon! (:

a dinner date turns out to be a visit to the clinic.

boyfriend and i wanted to meet up for dinner after my work on Friday. instead of yummy food that i looked forward to, i caught fever and throat infection. oh well. kenji was kind enough to cab home with me to visit the doctor. i thought i almost faint from the occasional dizzy spells.

anyway, xiaolongbaos turned out to be minced meat porridge for dinner. boyfriend came over to accompany me in the evening. after he left, i felt that i was in pink of health again. fever subsided. miraculously. no doubt that he is my guardian angel who protects me. (:

as for weekends, i stayed at home to recuperate though my throat still hurts quite alot now. boyfriend came over today. the sight of him made my day. even though he slept for an hour on my cushy bed while sis and i were using the com. (:
